Virtual Self-Check-In & Self-Payment

When a client has an appointment in one of Healthcare provider's offices (s)he receives the appointment reminder SMS or email like the sample below.

The client fills out the form, gets SMS with verification code and enters the code.

After code is verified and the client hits [Continue] and Virtual Self-Check-In Web application navigates to next Web form “Covid-19 symptoms questionnaire”.

Once the client answers questions on the form and hits [Continue] the Virtual Self-Check-In Web Application will create event & save it in MyEvolv.
Then the Virtual Self-Check-In Web Application sends the instant alert message to provider’s front desk staff about the client arrival for specified appointment.
Every front desk staff gets the instant alert message.


The alert message includes:
- Tokenized Link to send SMS response to the client;
- Warning text if Covid-19 symptoms answers are suspicious;
- Google Map link with geo coordinates of client’s car.

 

A front desk staff can click on the Map Link to open google map to see a location of the client’s car on map and how far it’s from the facility.

When a staff is ready to invite the client a staff hits the Link to sends an invitation SMS to the client.


The virtual Self-Check-In can optionally be integrated with Self-Payment mobile Web application.


If a client has non-zero copay amount then the client will pay in the car using own mobile phone.
